Car On Water?

Is this really possible, there are a lot of products being sold to teach you how to convert your gas car to run on water. Is it really that easy?

I guess I will have to just give it a shot, I mean really, if I can run even partially on water I could save a ton of money! Here are the ones I found so far that look reasonable.
